These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and participation in educational workshops, technical advisory services, and digital resources provided by Logic Bridge Hub ("we", "us", or "our"), operating at 67 Main Street, Dawson VIC 3858. By browsing this website (logicbridgehub.click) or enrolling in any workshop or advisory session, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Educational and Technical Services

Logic Bridge Hub provides hands-on technical instruction, engineering consultancy, and hardware diagnostic education. All materials, verbal instructions, and technical demonstrations are provided strictly for educational and engineering informational purposes.

We do not provide financial, investment, taxation, or legal advice regarding cryptocurrency markets, token valuations, or speculative trading. All operational and financial decisions regarding cryptocurrency hardware acquisition or energy contracting remain solely your own responsibility.

3. Workshop Safety and Laboratory Protocols

Participants attending in-person sessions at our Dawson laboratory must adhere to all safety instructions given by instructors, including but not limited to wearing personal protective equipment (safety glasses, ESD wrist straps), following safe high-voltage protocols (AS/NZS 3000), and obeying equipment usage guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a workshop who fails to follow safety protocols without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All training handbooks, technical diagrams, curriculum outlines, website text, and proprietary lab documentation are the intellectual property of Logic Bridge Hub. Enrolled participants receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use provided printed handbooks for their internal educational and operational reference. No portion of our course materials may be republished, redistributed, or repackaged for commercial resale without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law, Logic Bridge Hub and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, recommendations, or course teachings. We make no warranty that hardware repaired or modified following workshop instruction will operate without subsequent manufacturer failure or silicon degradation.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
