Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview and Scope

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all workshop registrations, laboratory bench reservations, on-site facility power/thermal audits, and private engineering advisory sessions conducted by Logic Bridge Hub. Because our laboratory cohorts are strictly capped at 4 to 6 attendees per session, seat cancellations directly impact lab equipment preparation, instructor scheduling, and other prospective students.

2. In-Person Workshop & Lab Sessions

Workshop tuition refunds and cancellations are processed according to the following notice periods prior to the scheduled course start date:

• More than 14 Days Notice: Full refund of paid tuition, minus a $75 AUD administrative processing fee, OR 100% credit transfer to any future scheduled workshop within 12 months.
• 7 to 14 Days Notice: 50% refund of paid tuition, OR 100% credit transfer to the next available workshop cohort at no additional fee.
• Less than 7 Days Notice: Non-refundable. At this stage, dedicated test bench equipment has been allocated, sacrificial test boards prepared, and catered resources finalized. However, you may nominate a substitute colleague to attend in your place at no extra charge.

3. Non-Refundable Items and Circumstances

The following items and situations are non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Failure to Attend (No-Shows): If a registered participant fails to attend a scheduled lab session without prior written notice, all tuition is forfeited.
• Customized Consumables: Personalized printed training handbooks, specialized micro-soldering consumables, or bespoke test fixtures ordered specifically for a private booking.
• Travel Incurred for On-Site Audits: Incurred travel, vehicle mileage, or regional accommodation expenses for on-site audits that are cancelled by the client less than 48 hours before the scheduled site survey.
• Work Already Commenced: Engineering hours already spent reviewing single-line diagrams, calculating CFM thermal profiles, or analyzing submitted kernel logs prior to cancellation.

4. Rescheduling and Cohort Transfers

Participants may request one (1) complimentary cohort date transfer if requested in writing at least 7 days prior to the original session. Subsequent transfer requests incur a $50 AUD rescheduling fee.

5. Workshop Cancellations by Logic Bridge Hub

In the unlikely event that Logic Bridge Hub must cancel or postpone a workshop due to severe weather events, instructor illness, or laboratory power outages, registered participants will be offered the choice of:

1. An immediate 100% full refund of all tuition paid, OR
2. A guaranteed priority bench in the rescheduled cohort along with a complimentary $150 credit voucher toward future technical electives.

6. Refund Request Process & Timeframes

To submit a cancellation or refund request, please email our training coordinator at hello@logicbridgehub.click with your invoice number, participant name, and reason for cancellation.

Approved refunds are processed within five to seven (5–7) business days via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the original Australian bank account or credit card used for booking.

7. Statutory Rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory guarantees and consumer rights under Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (Australian Consumer Law).
