Specialized Technical Advisory 2 Days (Thursday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM)

Advanced Hashboard Component Diagnostic Lab

Precision component-level troubleshooting, oscilloscope testing, and LDO voltage regulator repair.

Format & Location

2-Day Advanced Lab Session (14 Hours) • Logic Bridge Hub Diagnostic Lab, 67 Main Street, Dawson VIC 3858

Tuition & Pricing Basis

$1,650 AUD per person (includes micro-probing consumables and test fixtures)

Program Overview & Real-World Result

An advanced hands-on lab dedicated to oscilloscope signal tracing, finding open circuit traces, testing level shifters, and replacing failed buck converters on ASIC hashboards.

Expected Practical Competency: Attain proficiency in using digital test fixtures, identifying faulty 1.8V / 0.8V LDO regulators, diagnosing temperature sensor communication breakdown, and performing solder rework on surface-mount passive components.

Delivered By

Senior electronics repair engineers with 10+ years in micro-electronics diagnostics.

Target Audience

Electronics technicians, repair shop operators, and self-maintainers who have completed our foundation masterclass.

Curriculum & Technical Scope

  • Schematic reading for Antminer 17/19 series and Whatsminer hashboard architectures
  • Signal line tracing: Clock (CLK), Reset (RST), Command (CMD), Data (TX/RX), and Return (RI)
  • Buck regulator circuit diagnosis and MOSFET gate driver troubleshooting
  • Using specialized single-board test fixtures and serial log debugging

Step-by-Step Delivery Process

1. Schematic & Architecture Deconstruction

Walking through domain-voltage series chains and signal transmission paths.

2. Signal Probing on Live Test Fixtures

Injecting test signals and following the oscilloscope trace to pinpoint the defective chip.

3. Component Replacement & SMD Rework

Hot air desoldering and replacement of faulty capacitors, diodes, and LDO regulators.

4. Full-Chain Stress Testing

Running the board through a 60-minute automated test sequence to confirm stability.

Advanced Hashboard Component Diagnostic Lab
